Portfolio Monitoring and Reserving Analyst - Northern Europe

As a Portfolio Monitoring Analyst, you play a crucial role in monitoring and analyzing our insurance products and partners. You work closely with various internal stakeholders to generate insights that contribute to profitability, forecasting, and strategic decision-making. Your Responsibilities Set up dashboards around profitability and margin management (Excel and BI tools). Monitor portfolio performance and trends. Forecast based on historical data and market insights. Reserving in line with group guidelines and analytical insights. Collaborate closely with underwriters, finance, and sales in Belgium. Actively contribute to the data analytics team. Collaborate internationally with teams in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., economics, mathematics, actuarial science). At least 5 years of experience in an analytical role. Mandatory experience in the insurance sector. Excellent command of Excel; experience with Tableau or Power BI is a plus. Strong analytical and communication skills. Proactive and strategic mindset. Team player who can work autonomously and communicates openly. International mindset, fluent in English and in one of the other official languages: Dutch or French.
